About the role

We're growing our customer success team and are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join us and lead our relationships with our SMB accounts.


We are looking for an individual passionate about delivering an extraordinary service, has experience in SaaS and who will support our clients’ adoption and continued success with Booxi.


The Customer Success Specialist will take ownership of Booxi’s relationship with our SMB clients, provide guidance and counsel, and strive for the utmost satisfaction with our solution.


The CSS will be on the front line with Booxi’s customers and will work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams in order to drive necessary changes and improvements to help customers reach their objectives with the solution.


What you'll do

  • Work closely with clients/prospects at all different stages: Trial, Conversion, Support & After-sale activities
  • Day-to-day follow-up on client activity and operations through all channels (Email, Chat, Phone, Social media)
  • Handle product demos and host webinars
  • Act as a functional advisor
  • Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, specifically ensuring optimal use of our solution
  • Identify potential challenges to continuously enhance business and operational efficiency and excellence

Preferred experience and aptitudes

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar Customer Success / Client Relationship / Consulting position
  • Client-facing and people oriented by nature
  • Proactive attitude
  • Experience with various tools such as Hubspot, Intercom, Google suite or any other relevant tools
  • Able to learn fast and solve problems
  • Resourceful nature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and work within a fast-growing environment
  • Professional proficiency in English and French
  • Any additional language is a plus
