Clarins expands its collaboration with Booxi on a global scale

Clarins, one of the world's leading beauty brands, has decided to renew its collaboration with Booxi to modernize and optimize the way they manage their appointments and reservations across 10 countries and 3 continents.
Indeed, the brand, whose "touch" is so iconic, is dedicated to providing its customers the best possible experience through scheduled interactions. Therefore, they decided to use our appointment scheduling software to centralize and automate their service offers.

Clarins understands the challenges of the industry; the brand is constantly innovating and evolving to adapt to customer demand. In addition to offering high-quality products, Clarins has decided to focus on the experiential by creating various exclusive services to provide their clients with personalized experiences and expert advice, both in-store and remotely.

Clarins uses Booxi for both paid and free services. Staff can efficiently manage their schedule, and customers can now book appointments online. The integration with Cegid Y2 also allows perfect synchronization of customer data from the online appointment booking to the payment in-store.

This collaboration, which started in 2019, is now extended to a total of 10 countries worldwide: Canada, USA, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Clarins reaffirms its trust in Booxi by deploying a range of services in three areas:

  • Clarins Spa: various beauty and skin treatments that are offered in their spas.
  • Clarins & Me: a virtual consultation service where clients can connect with a beauty consultant who presents and explains the products live from a studio.
  • Clarins Education: a series of events where beauty consultants from across the country receive group training.
