Booxi continues to expand globally with full support for Arabic, allowing your teams and customers to use the platform in this language, from the Back Office to booking pages, the Book Now widget, and the mobile app.Interfaces, typography, and interactions now follow right-to-left (RTL) standards, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for Arabic users.
Customer SMS communications can also be sent in Arabic, ensuring a consistent experience from booking to confirmation.
Meanwhile, the Booxi Back Office mobile app now supports seven additional languages: Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic.

And because a great experience should also be effortless, Booxi is improving the way customers book multiple services in a single session.
To give customers even more flexibility, the Book Now widget now includes a new option: a preconfigured CTA that can preselect a service while still allowing customers to add additional ones within the same booking.
Previously, if a service was preselected, the customer could only book that single service.
Now, they can easily browse and add any of the services available in the selected location, simplifying the process and enhancing the experience, especially for multi-store brands.

Booxi has also redesigned the configuration of appointment rules, both at the company and service levels, to make setup and management easier than ever.
Logical, collapsible subcategories now make navigating between settings faster and clearer.
This new structure reduces friction during initial setup or updates, saving valuable time for administrators.
Available for clients on an Essential plan and above, Booxi’s new GA4 beta integration gives you full visibility into your booking journey, from the first click to completed appointment.

In the Head Office, administrators can access a complete view of their network, with aggregated data across all locations and the ability to compare store performance through an intuitive dashboard.
